Selection Stages

  • Paper-I (CBE): Qualifying. General Intelligence & Reasoning (50Q/50M), General Awareness (50Q/50M), and relevant engineering subject (100Q/100M). Total: 200 marks, 2 hours. Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer.
  • Paper-II (CBE): Relevant engineering subject in depth (100Q/300M), 2 hours. Negative marking: 1 mark per wrong answer. For candidates shortlisted from Paper-I.
  • Document Verification: Provisionally selected candidates produce original certificates for verification.
  • Physical Standards & Medical: Applicable for BRO/GREF posts only.
